Domus Caerula is an ideal holiday home for those who love peace and the sea. It is located in Villasimius, a small tourist town overlooking the splendid sea of the south-eastern coast of Sardinia. The accommodation is located in a central area but far from the confusion. The house is on the ground floor (there are only three steps), after the equipped veranda, there is access to a large living room, bright and furnished in detail, with two sofas, one of which can be converted into a double bed, relaxation corner and TV. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven (ventilated and static). There is also a peninsula and extendable table (8 seats). Two double bedrooms, one of which has a sofa bed and cot on request. The two full bathrooms with shower are bright and spacious. The house is newly built with refined and comfortable furnishings, air conditioning and mosquito nets in all windows. Wi-fi available.
The position of the house is excellent for walking, it is 3 minutes from the central square of Villasimius, the hub of nightlife and the center of the village. It is 50 meters from supermarkets, butchers, bakery, pharmacy and weekly market. At 100 meters away is the shuttle stop that leads to all the beaches in the area (Porto Giungo, Simius beach, Riso beach, Campulongu, Punta Molentis, Cala Pira, Cala Caterina, Cala Santo Stefano etc.). It is from the beach of Simius 1.5 Km. The ideal is the car, there is the possibility of renting bicycles (just 50 meters from home).
